Vio-E-Walker GPS Trade-in Program

1) The Vio-E-Walker GPS Trade-in (‘the offer’) shall refer to the offer by Vio TECHNOLOGY U.S.A.Inc.to buy back any used Vio-E-Walker brand GPS (‘used items’) at the fixed price of $30 ("Trade-in Value’) with any purchase of a new V-Nav 4.3". 2) The Trade-in Value shall only be used as part payment (‘off-set’) for the purchase of a new 4.3" V-Nav 4309 (‘new items’). The Trade-in Value cannot be redeemed for cash or for any purpose other than to Off-Set the purchase price of a new V-Nav 4309

3) Each purchase of a new V-Nav 4.3 (V4309) may only be Off-Set by the Trade-in Value of ONE (1) unit Vio E Walker. 

4) The items to be considered for the Trade-in Value:

a) One Vio-E-Walker unit in good working condition

b) One original licenced SD Card with original navigation program and data in good working condition.

c) Warranty Card of a new V-Nav V4309     

d) Do not return any of the original accessories or items in the original package.

5) The used items (a,b,c and d) are to be sent (freight and insurance pre-paid) toVio Tech.'s main office, address as below.Vio Technology shall not be responsible for the loss or damage of the Used Items during transit.  Used Items that do not meet the criteria shall be returned to the sender without the Trade-in Value credit to the Invoice and no further correspondence shall be entertained.  Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

6) No Vio Technology's distributors, resellers or agents or any other parties are authorised to accept the Used Items on behalf of Vio Technology.  All Used Items for this offer shall be sent only to Vio Tech’s main office, address as below.  The acceptance of the Used Items shall be at the sole discretion of Vio Technology.

7) This offer is only applicable within U.S.A and Canada customers.

Vio TECHNOLOGY (U.S.A.) Inc. reserves the right to change or to withdraw any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. Please check with Vio Tech on the current applicable terms and conditions prior to participating in the offer or program.
